Rick Boxx
Rick is the President and Founder of Integrity Resource Center. In addition to his more than 10 years in the nonprofit world he has experience as a management consultant, entrepreneur, banker, and CPA. Rick's fondest love is reserved for his Lord and Savior, his beautiful wife, Kathy, and his three wonderful children, Megan, Jeremy, and Rebekah.
Gregg Motley
Gregg recently joined American Bank of Baxter Springs as an Executive Vice President and member of the board of directors. Gregg brings 33 years of business experience to the organization, including 27 years in banking. Gregg has served Vineyard Christian Fellowship of Overland Park, Kansas for the last 14 years. Gregg Motley and his wife Kimberly have seven children and four grandchildren.
Kathy Boxx
Kathy Boxx is Secretary of the Board of Directors, a gifted administrator, editor of Integrity Moments, and a Registered Nurse with more than 20 years experience in the workplace. Her success with event planning and organization in recognizing others gifts makes her a great leader with our volunteers. Kathy keeps IRC moving forward with her "get it done" drive to excellence."
Mark Smith
Mark Smith is active in the Kansas City Christian community and marketplace as CEO of Knit-Rite, Inc. and founder of Mainstream Bible Outreach Society. Mark was given a copy of the Word and through reading it he met Christ at age 35, which led to his passions to help others do the same, and to serve the Lord through the business he leads. Mark and his wife Jackie have two daughters and attend Westside Family Church in Lenexa, KS.
Debbie Goodin
Debbie Goodin is a Business Consultant and Licensee of Culture Index. Debbie’s consultation helps business owners use the program to identify, hire, train, manage and promote their staff, thereby building successful, productive teams. Understanding God's principles for servant leadership and for employees to work with passion and excellence for God and not man, Debbie was drawn to Integrity Resource Center as a volunteer and now serving on the Board.
Scott Rauth
Scott is blessed to lead a workplace ministry called Entire Computer Solutions. Over the years, IRC has had a direct and significant impact on this business by correctly identifying God’s priorities for Scott’s life and encouragement to be intentional about integrating his faith in the workplace. Scott and his wife Anne are the proud parents of 3 happy and healthy boys who are a constant joy. In his spare time, he loves working on a ministry that endeavors to find a good home for every orphan in the world using technology.
Phil Kreiling
Phil & Shary Kreiling pastored at Overland Park First Assembly for almost 30 years, before resigning in 2010 to start Pastors 411 Foundation. Pastors 411 desires to encourage, equip, and exalt pastors and ministry leaders around the Kansas City metro area. Phil is a certified leadership coach with Coachnet International, and also serves as the Vice-president for Fulfillment Solutions with Corporate Resource Group. Phil and Shary have two married children.
Mark Williams
As Chief Financial Officer for FishNet Security, Mark Williams provides strategic direction to the company and is responsible for all financial, accounting, tax and audit operations. As a member of the board of directors, his wide range of business experience and expertise contributes to the company's continued success in the information security industry. Mark holds a BBA in Accounting from Wichita State University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
